WHY HARRISON

I am running because Harrison is the greatest city in this nation — and I feel a burning, fiery passion to make sure that what makes it great is never changed or subverted by those who think its success lives in numbers on a spreadsheet. There is no other place I would rather be. It is Harrison, Arkansas, or nothing.

Why I’m running

“Harrison is our home, and its future should not be decided without us.”

I want Harrison to succeed without losing the character that makes people proud to live here.

That means responsible growth, good local jobs, safe neighborhoods, honest government, and a real voice for residents. We can protect what works, fix what does not, and build a future that gives our children every reason to come home.

This campaign is about service, stewardship, and the belief that local government works best when it speaks plainly, listens seriously, and measures progress honestly.

A message from Jason

First and foremost, I am a Christian. Not one thing comes before that. My family arrived in America in 1632. I am a 14th-generation American, constitutional conservative, and business owner.

I am running for Mayor of Harrison because we need to ensure that the place we love stays the place we love. We must support and foster economic growth while ensuring the proper measures are in place to prevent Harrison from changing without its people having a say. I do not represent the spreadsheet that is the city budget — I represent the people of Harrison.

Change can come at a moment's notice, and when it does it's already too late. We must implement the proper laws, ordinances, building codes, and structures so the only change that occurs is change we control — change willed by the people of Harrison.

I am fighting to ensure our progress continues, with the most important caveat: Harrison stays Harrison in the process.

Faith and public service

Faith should be visible in how we serve.

My Christian faith shapes how I understand service: tell the truth, protect the vulnerable, steward public resources carefully, and treat every person with dignity.

I will never hide what I believe, and I will never forget that a mayor has a duty to serve every Harrison resident fairly and uphold the constitutional rights of all.
